He has been Mr Bean’s friend and follower all through the show. Remember the episode where Bean went into a pets show in the circus and registered with teddy and won the first prize in all categories ?

I remember it so well because that is one episode I was laughing my a** off literally and fell down from the chair and got a bruise on my forehead by hitting against the tea table. Well, I am a proud owner of the 9 inch Teddy plush which I got from walmart then. but hey, these are not available anymore on walmart and you have to buy them online from amazon or ebay. I was able to find a good deal on one of the amazon stores and thought that it was a steal when compared to what I bought.
